Better Business Bureau serving Chicago and Northern Illinois

As a member of the BBB Board of Directors, Ken Williams helps guide the activities of the Better Business Bureau that covers the northern Illinois region. This private, non-profit organization promotes an ethical marketplace. BBBs help resolve buyer/seller complaints by means of conciliation, mediation and arbitration. BBBs also review advertising claims, online business practices and charitable organizations. BBBs encourage people to check out a company or charity before making a purchase or donation. The concern for ethics in the marketplace, shown by the BBB, is supported by The Shred Authority's on-going training in business ethics and customer services for its employees.
